变压器中性点隔离开关,GW8、GW13系列中性点隔离开关。GW8-40.5、GW8-72.5、GW8-126W型中性点隔离开关系单相交流50Hz高压开关设备,额定电流:630A、1250A。在有电压无负载的情况下,作分、合变压器中性点接地线路之用。也供铁道自动闭塞信事情装置时使用。并可单级使用。其中防污型的隔离开关可以满足重污秽地区用户的要求,并可以有效地解决隔离开关在运行中出现的污闪问题。

    变压器中性点隔离开关分为普通型和防污型(W)两种;

    变压器中性点隔离开关所配用的操作机构为:CS8-5型手动操动机构或CX6型电动机操动机构;CS17-G型手动操动机构或CJ2、CJ5、CJ6、CJ12型电动机操动机构。

    GW13-72.5、GW13-126、GW13-40.5系列中性点隔离开关,是交流50HZ户外装置,供在无载荷情况下,分、合变压器中性点联线之用。本隔离开关分为普通型和耐污型两种。
    本隔离开关性能可靠,结构简单,规格齐全。根据用户需要可采用手动操作机构或电动操作机构进行操作。手动操作机构为CS17-G型,电动操作机构为CJ12A-G免维护型或CJ2,CJ6,CJ16A型。CS17-G型手动操作机构可以附装DSW4-Y型电磁锁,以实现电气联锁,防止电气误操作。CJ12A-G免维护型及CJ2,CJ6,CJ16A型电动操作机构另见其说明书。

GW13 and GW8 series type neutral point disconnecting switchis outdoor high-voltage equipment with 50-60Hz frequency. Itis used for making and breaking the link of transformer’s neutral point under the condition without load. It is suitable for AC power-frequency network.

This product complies with Standard GB1985-89 and Standard IEC-129(1984). The character of it is reliable, the operation of it is safe, and it is very convenient to install or adjust it. It is widely used in 63-110KV substation. According to user ' s demandit can use cooperatively the CS17-G type manual operation mechanism or the CJ11A-G type maintenance-free electro-control mechanism,the other electro-control mechanism is CJ2,CJ6,CJ16 type. The CS17-G type manual operation mechanism can attach DSW4-Y electromagnetism lock, so as to implement electric interlocking and avoid electric misoperation.

           工频放电电压试验:

           Working-frequency discharging voltage test:

    在试验变压器原边串联一块10A及以上的电流表。在间隙的进线端子与接地端子N之间施加工频电压,试验时施加到放电间隙的电压应从零开始,在高压侧能准确读数的条件下,迅速升压到间隙放电为止(观察电流表,当电流发生突变时,表明间隙放电,此刻的电压值应为工频放电电压值)。每次放电后,应在0.2秒内切断工频电源。每连续两次试验时间间隔不小于10S,测量次数为3.每次所测的放电电压值应符合规定。

A ammeter which is more than 10A installs in series on a test transformer’s primary boundary. impose working-frequency voltage on the clearance between inlet line terminal and earth terminal “N”, voltage must  start from zero. Under correct reading of the condition on the high voltage side, boost voltage to the gap discharge quickly(observe ammeter,when current occur mutation, the results show that air gap discharge, at the moment voltage value of the ammeter is equal to working-frequency discharging voltage value). After each discharge, must cut fundamental frequency power supply immediately during 0.2s. Interval time of each continual twice is not less than 10s, determination times is 3 times, the discharging voltage value which is determined each time must accords with regulation.

注:Attention:

如果工频放电电压值超出范围,可对间隙进行微调。

If the working-frequency discharging voltage value exceed normal range,can faintly adjust the discharge gap.

在上述试验过程中无沿面放电、闪络现象,参数符合要求即为合格。

There is no surface discharge and flashover phenomenon during all the above test process. If parameters meet the requirement, namely make the products up to standard.
